musty smell poor soundproofing
I found the soundproofing quite poor. I could hear noise from the nearby railway. the lack of a doorman and clear entrance signs was frustrating. I had to manage my luggage myself. staff didn't proactively help, and i expected more assistance at check-in! the room also had a slight musty smell! that was not pleasant

Acceptable, but not really good
the gym was large and well equipped.
I found the departure experience disappointing as i had to approach the concierge twice to confirm the arrival of my pre-booked airport car. I was not proactively updated and a staff member displayed a cold attitude.

honestly the room was a bit of a letdown i mean they didn't even have a proper double bed just two singles pushed together with a noticeable gap i can't believe they try to charge extra for a room with an actual double bed how ridiculous is that and don't even get me started on breakfast i was expecting some amazing spread but it was just a mediocre buffet nothing special at all
